Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is the fastest, most effective solution I have found for the treatment of anxiety, depression, addiction, shame, resentment, PTSD, and more. Based on the science of how things get stuck and unstuck, RRT utilizes a form of multi-level communication that accesses a deeper level of functioning to quickly and painlessly clear up root causes of most problems. Improvements are experienced naturally and automatically. After RRT my clients often report being absorbed in a conversation and astonished that the way they feel, think and respond to certain things has been transformed. They tell me they feel lighter and that it is impossible to experience the problem that had been weighing them down. They report an on-going and automatic sense of freedom and clarity.

These are the OPTIMAL results I expect.

When I was in therapy school I was taught to “dig deep into the pain” and “let them talk about their problems.” I was told it was normal for my clients to return weekly for possibly years, and that most clients would have to get worse before getting better. This did not make sense to me personally or professionally and, although I received my license as a traditional Marriage & Family Therapist, I researched and pursued alternative therapeutic treatments on my quest for optimal results.

Rapid Resolution Therapy provides the most effective and lasting outcomes over any other therapeutic approach I have personally or professionally experienced. Clients report such positive results I have dedicated my career to mastering, teaching, and providing RRT to like-minded people looking to be unstuck and free.

Dr. Jon Connelly is the author of Life Changing Conversations with Rapid Resolution Therapy; a book demonstrating that a single conversation can dramatically improve one’s life.

Thousands of mental health professionals have attended Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) training with Dr. Connelly. His students state that his training has enabled them to become much more powerful and effective healers.

Dr. Connelly founded the Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, a non-profit 501-C3 organization, with the mission to provide state of the art clinical treatment to individuals who have been traumatized regardless of their ability to pay.

His early career experiences as a child protective service worker and clinical supervisor in a program that supported teens who had experienced emotional trauma, childhood abuse or sexual violence helped to shape the foundation of RRT. As a result of these experiences he became committed to finding a way to relieve suffering.

Dr. Connelly has taught college classes in human sexuality, group dynamics prior to providing post-graduate training programs for health and mental health professionals. He continues to provide individual treatment and training. He is licensed as a clinical social worker and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling.
